Quick-100: Avoid horse-trading for hung Assembly

Just after the countdown started after the close of canvassing, The right to vote for right candidate has its own flaws.  But, why there should be a Right Man in a Wrong Party or a Wrong Man in a Right Party.  The choice must be a decisive one keeping in mind that sounds promises, before voting.  This will only minimize the chances of a hung Assembly – with outside support of parties and independent MLAs, which invites horse-trading in the forming the government and is not sure about the targeted and desired performance. Let us avoid President’s rule to take place of re-election and elect the right candidate with majority support.
