Acute pain usually comes on suddenly and is caused by something specific but pain is an indication that you are alive. A problem is a situation, question, or thing that causes difficulty, stress, or doubt but problem is a sign that you are strong. Prayer is rooted in the belief that there is a power greater but prayer is a signal that you are not alone.  Pain could be physically or mentally.  Problem could be due to any reason.  In Prayer, you are not alone means someone exists with you, may not be visible but gives a feeling of satisfaction. – HARISH MONGA
