Don’t Think In Relation To Tears And Fears But …….

HARISH MONGA

Among all the living creatures on this planet, man is the only living thing, which has been bestowed the power of thinking. It differentiates each one of us from the animals, who lacks this quality.

By nature, human-being is so customized that he cannot live aloof and he goes on thinking all the time. Sometimes he goes in the past to memorize the hard and fast memories. Most of the time, we are left with tears for not doing this and that by raising a number of questions in our minds.

Albert Einstein has rightly said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking”.

We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking as we are addicted to our thoughts. So we should keep a check on our thinking, to stop rolling tears on our cheeks. We should also not be much concerned about the future as it too brings fears. Everyone has always two choices – your commitment versus your fear.

We should be more sincere in our commitments. Thinking about the future brings you to fear and the best way to predict your future is to create it as per your needs.

Hope is the only magic carpet that transports us from the present moment into the realm of infinite possibilities. The present moment goes so quickly from you that you hardly catch it going. Life gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want to do if you stay in the present moment.

It is an art to live in the present life and to make those moments perfect treating them as stepping stones to the next moment – a means to an end. You can always cope with the present moment but you cannot cope with the past, which is gone and the future which is yet to come. The past and future are non-existent and only the present can be grasped or better embraced and live the moments of your daily life deeply. In such a situation, the more you live in the present moment, the more the fear of the future disappears.

Frankly speaking, never think about the past, as it most of the time brings tears. Also don’t think more about the future, which is yet to come and not in your hands but brings fears. We should always try to live the present moments with a smile, which brings cheers.
