A Deep Lesson – a short story

I once saw a little boy eating ice cream in an elevator. Out of concern, I casually remarked, “If you eat ice cream in this cold weather, you’ll fall sick!” The boy replied, “My grandmother lived up to 103 years!”
Curious, I asked, “Did she also eat ice cream?” The boy smiled and said, “No, but she minded her own business and never interfered in others’ matters!”

Frankly speaking, this made me realize why I might be aging faster — I tend to meddle too much in things that are none of my concern!
